Disney Plus is home to a huge library of content from Disney classics to Star Wars and Marvel movies and much more.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, with so many streaming platforms available, it can be difficult to keep on top of them all and make sure they\u2019re the right choice for you.<\/p>\n

So whether you\u2019re trying to save money or there just isn\u2019t enough content that you enjoy on Disney Plus<\/a>, we\u2019ve got you covered as we explain the steps on how to cancel Disney Plus below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve subscribed to Disney Plus via a third party, for example Amazon, then scroll down to our troubleshooting section which will explain what you need to do.<\/p>\n

  • Logged into your Disney Plus account via mobile app or web browser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The short version:<\/h2>\n

    • Make sure you\u2019re logged into your Disney Plus account<\/li>\n
    • Select your Profile<\/li>\n
    • Select Account<\/li>\n
    • Find your Disney subscription listed<\/li>\n
    • Select Cancel Subscription<\/li>\n
    • Enter your reason for cancelling<\/li>\n
    • Click Cancel Disney Plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Step 1.<\/h3>\n

        Make sure you\u2019re logged into your Disney Plus account<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        You can cancel Disney Plus either through a web browser or the Disney mobile app. We\u2019ll be demonstrating the steps using a web browser, but they are similar on an iOS or Android app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Choose your Profile<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        If you have multiple Profiles, make sure you open up the correct one.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Click on your Profile name and icon<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        On a web browser, this will be at the top-right corner of the screen but on the mobile app you\u2019ll find this at the bottom right-hand corner. Once you click here, this will open up a menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Select Account<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        Click on Account which is listed within the menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Click on your Disney subscription<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        Underneath the Your Plans & Billing section, you\u2019ll find your Disney Plus subscription listed. You\u2019ll also see what type of membership you have and whether it\u2019s monthly or annually. Click here.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Select Cancel Subscription <\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        Choose the red Cancel subscription button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Enter your reason for cancelling<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        This is optional but you can select the reason why you\u2019re cancelling your Disney Plus subscription. Then, click the blue Continue to Cancel button.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Click Cancel Disney Plus<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

        You will be given the option to keep your account. If you still want to leave click on the Cancel Disney+ button. It will tell you how many more days your Disney Plus subscription will still be active.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

        How to cancel Disney Plus via a third party<\/strong> <\/p>\n

        If you signed up to Disney Plus via a third party, such as Amazon, then the steps are slightly different. Follow the first three steps above, then under your Plans & Billing you\u2019ll see an option to manage your subscription through the third party source. Clicking here will take you to your account.<\/p>\n

        From here, click Actions next to your Disney Plus subscription then select Turn off auto-renewal.
