Here\u2019s how to use it.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Meta AI app is a new personalised AI chatbot based on the company\u2019s Llama 4 models. The chatbot could previously be accessed in WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger and now Meta has released a standalone app solely dedicated to the AI assistant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Meta AI supports text and speech input, allowing you to chat with the assistant aloud. The assistant features a new full-duplex speech mode trained on conversational dialogue to deliver more natural responses, and can learn facts about you to offer more personalised and relevant answers to your prompts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also a social aspect to the Meta AI app, with a Discover feed where you can share your best prompts to inspire others or remix other users\u2019 prompts to create your own.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the Meta AI app isn\u2019t available in every region at the time of us publishing this guide. For example, while we could sign in to the app, there was no support for the assistant yet.
